How we reviewed Geek2Geek
As an online dating expert, I took the time to thoroughly review Geek2Geek. To ensure a comprehensive and unbiased assessment of this site, my team and I tested both free and paid versions. We sent out over 200 messages in total to other users during our testing period which spanned across 10 days.
We also explored every aspect of the website including features such as user profiles, search filters, messaging options etc., so that we could get a better understanding of how it works for its members. Additionally we looked into customer service policies & protocols along with safety measures taken by Geek2Geek to protect their customers’ privacy & security while using their services on-site or off-site (i.e mobile app).
At Online Dating Expertise no stone is left unturned when it comes down to reviewing sites like these; from signing up process all the way through canceling membership plans – nothing goes unchecked! This commitment sets us apart from other review sites who don’t offer such in depth reviews on any given topic related specifically towards online dating industry at large..

Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a dating app that offers safety and security, Geek2Geek is not the one. It lacks any kind of verification process or two-step authentication to ensure users are who they say they are. Even if it claims to fight against bots and fake accounts, there’s no way of knowing whether these measures actually work in practice – so be warned!
The photos on Geek2Geek aren’t manually reviewed either; anyone can upload whatever images they want without having them checked first by moderators. This means you could easily come across some pretty unsavory content while browsing profiles – definitely something to bear in mind before downloading this app! Furthermore, its privacy policy leaves much to be desired: it doesn’t explicitly state what data is collected from users or how long this information will be stored for after an account has been deleted (if at all). All things considered then, I wouldn’t recommend using Geek2Geek as your go-to online dating platform – unless you don’t care about keeping yourself safe when swiping through potential matches!

Mobile App
Ah, Geek2Geek – the online dating site for those of us who are a bit on the nerdy side. But does it have an app? Well, unfortunately not. While there is no native mobile application available to download and use with Geek2Geek at this time, that doesn’t mean you can’t still get your geeky love connection from your phone or tablet! The website itself has been optimized so that users can access all its features from their mobile device’s web browser without any issue.
That being said though, having a dedicated app would be nice – especially when you’re trying to find someone special while on-the-go! It’d make searching for potential matches much easier than relying solely on the website version; plus apps tend to load faster too which could save some valuable swiping time (because let’s face it: we’ve all got better things do). Unfortunately though Geeks don’t seem quite ready yet… maybe they just need more convincing?
On top of making life simpler by allowing quick and easy access anytime anywhere via our phones/tablets etc., another advantage of having an official Geek2Geek app would be increased security measures as well as greater control over user data privacy since everything will remain within one platform instead of accessing information through third party browsers like Safari or Chrome etc.. Plus if push notifications were enabled then users wouldn’t even have open up their devices everytime they wanted check out what was going in their account – sweet right?! Yeah I know…I’m getting ahead myself here but hey these are only minor details compared to how awesome such an addition could potentially make finding “The One" so much easier…if only Geeks weren’t afraid take risks ;). All jokes aside however; until something changes officially between now & then feel free browse away using whatever means necessary – happy hunting folks!!

Help & Support
If you’re looking for a dating site with great support, Geek2Geek isn’t it. As someone who has used the service before and contacted their customer service team multiple times, I can tell you that they don’t exactly have your back when things go wrong.
First off, there is no page on the website dedicated to frequently asked questions or any other kind of help documentation – so if something goes awry during your online dating experience then good luck trying to find an answer! Even worse than this lack of resources is their response time (or lack thereof). Every single one of my attempts at contacting them were met with radio silence; not even an automated message acknowledging receipt was sent out! It’s like they just didn’t care about me as a user – talk about feeling unappreciated.
And forget actually getting answers from real people: I never received anything more than crickets chirping in reply after waiting days for some sort of resolution or explanation regarding whatever issue had come up. In fact, most emails went unanswered altogether which made me feel totally helpless and left without options since I couldn’t get anyone on the phone either…talk about being stuck between a rock and hard place!
All in all Geek2Geek might be fine if everything runs smoothly but god forbid something should happen because you won’t get much assistance from its “support staff." Save yourself some frustration by avoiding this site entirely unless having access to quality customer support doesn’t matter much to ya’.

Geek2Geek features
If you’re looking for a dating site that caters to geeks, Geek2Geek might seem like the perfect fit. But don’t be fooled – this is one online dating experience I wouldn’t recommend! While it does offer both free and paid features, neither are worth your time or money.
Let’s start with the free stuff: It doesn’t get much worse than this. You can only view profiles in their entirety if you pay up; otherwise all you see is a tiny thumbnail of each user profile picture (if they even have one). There isn’t any kind of matching system either – so no swiping left or right here! The search feature also leaves something to be desired as there aren’t many filters available on the basic version. In short, unless someone has an extremely unique username and catches your eye from just those few characters…you won’t find them without paying first!
Moving onto what Geek2Geek offers its premium members: Not much more unfortunately…The main benefit seems to be unlimited messaging but at least half of my messages went unanswered anyway so not sure how useful that really was? Plus none of these conversations were particularly interesting because everyone seemed pretty guarded about giving away too much information before meeting face-to-face which makes sense but still wasn’t great for getting conversation going quickly enough before people lost interest again..
As far as other ‘unique’ features go – well there aren’t any….It looks like they tried adding some gaming elements into it by allowing users to earn points based on activity levels etc., however these felt completely irrelevant when compared against actually finding someone who could potentially become a real life partner rather than just another gamer buddy…not ideal!!
All in all I’d say stay clear from Geek2Geek if possible – save yourself some time & money and look elsewhere instead….trust me!!!
- Verified members
- Compatibility score
- Detailed profile information
- Ability to search for matches by interests and hobbies
- Instant messaging feature

Pricing
When it comes to Geek2Geek, you’ll have to pay up if you want the full experience. Sure, there’s a free version of the site but let’s face it – that ain’t gonna get ya very far! You’re going to need a paid subscription if you really wanna find love on this dating platform. The good news is that their prices are pretty competitive and they offer some decent packages for different budgets. But at the end of the day, shelling out money for online dating isn’t exactly ideal – unless your wallet can handle it! With a paid membership however, users will benefit from being able to message other members without restrictions as well as access additional features like seeing who has viewed your profile or advanced search options which make finding potential matches easier than ever before. All in all though? It might be worth looking into cheaper alternatives first before committing here…

Q&A
Geek2Geek subscription costs way too much. It’s ridiculous how expensive it is, especially for a dating site. Not worth the money at all!
It usually takes a few days to get your profile approved on Geek2Geek, which is way too long in my opinion. It’s not the most efficient dating site out there and it can be quite frustrating waiting for approval. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you’re looking for quick results.
Yes, Geek2Geek is working and you can find someone there but it’s not the best option. It’s a bit outdated compared to other dating sites and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something serious.
To cancel your subscription on Geek2Geek, you have to go through a tedious process of navigating their website and locating the right page. It’s really inconvenient that they make it so hard for people to unsubscribe from their service. I wouldn’t recommend using Geek2Geek if you’re looking for an easy way out!
